How long does shipping take?

US orders ship within one business day and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. International delivery runs 7 to 14 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.

How much is shipping?

Free on all US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as you can and we will catch it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but you are still covered by the guarantee.

How do I take Vision Pro Complex?

Two softgels daily with your largest meal. Every active in the formula is fat-soluble, so taking it with food meaningfully improves absorption.

How do I use the Lumen eye mask?

One 10-minute session, once or twice a day. Press once to start; it shuts off on its own. Nothing touches the eyeball and you can keep your eyes open or closed.

How do I take Teeth & Gums Vitamins?

Three vegetable capsules daily with food. One bottle is a 30-day supply.

Can I use more than one product together?

Yes. They target different systems and are designed to be combined.

How long until I notice something?

For the supplements, most people report a change between weeks two and four, with the slower structural benefits building over two to three months. For Lumen, the warmth is pleasant from the first session but the change people care about usually lands between weeks three and five.

Is any of this a medical treatment?
