Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to most international destinations. A small number of countries are excluded by carrier restrictions on supplements; if yours is one, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Cost
- United States: free on every order, no minimum.
- International: calculated live at checkout based on destination and weight.

Orders placed after 2pm ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your label is created. Carriers usually take 24 to 48 hours to show the first scan, so a quiet tracking page on day one is normal. See Track Your Order for more.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
If something goes wrong
Parcel marked delivered but missing? Check with neighbours and your building first, then give it 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan early. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will replace it.
Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged one.
